* THREE FOR ONE: Group consist of same party members coming or going to exact same destination. (Drop off to different locations and fourth passenger will result in additional fees.)

* Additional Surcharge may apply for same day service and off-peak hours

* Child Car seat: $10 charge each way.

* Special Occasion Daily Rate (4hrs): For example, Pickup/Return from a dinner and a show or bar.

* Not responsible for lost articles.

* Luggage Service: Due to workmen compensation carrying luggage is not mandatory for driver but is done as an optional customer courtesy.

* Not responsible for delay in service due to traffic congestion, construction, accident, inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.

* We have the right to cancel reservation due to inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstance.

* Reservation booking cancellation is at DTW Transportation Services discretion.

* Limo Sedans: All vehicles Subject to availability.

* If availability limited then will accomodate with late model taxi sedan.

* Minivans and other vehicles other then sedan subject to additional charges.

* Airport Terminal to Terminal Fee: $10

* Second party payment: If reservation is paid by second party there will be an automatic .20 percent gratuity added to fare. Fare + gratuity will be billed to Second party credit card charge account on file.
